Question about Cooler Master MasterFan MF120 Halo

I got all the parts for the new PC today, including 6 of these Halo fans.... 4 of them seem to be defective... on one of them only the fan is lit but the ring is not, on two others only one or two LEDs in the Halo are lit and on the last one nothing is lit at all.... is it possible to have such bad luck?

Did you put the connections round the wrong way sounds like you blew them up the two arrows that connect are power to power

Hello

I have exactly the same problem as you. Totally the same. Simple runs fan but ADRGB has none.

Had the exact same problem... directly after unpacking the RIng not only the fan lit up and after a few days of packing around 1 led in the ring went... I have already removed the because it has not even worked after a month almost no more unfortunately a waste of money
