Can MP3 files on the computer be copied directly to the watch via USB cable and software (as it simply works with Garmin, for example)? Or can they only be streamed via the music streaming portal or temporarily stored on the watch?

Pictures and music files can be transferred to the watch via Bluetooth with the samsung watch app !

they can be played on it ...

the same feature is also available with the spotify app for the watch :)
