I don't think the plugs are removable. But I don't really understand what is being offered here at all (only the cable, cable and plug assembled, but cable and plug separately to make yourself). Anyway. With patch cables, plugs are pressed onto the cable or wires. So that this connection cannot be loosened again for reuse.
