I don't quite understand this. According to the description, there are 2 RAM slots and both are empty. And it doesn't say how much RAM is installed and where? Can someone please explain this to me?

This product is a "barebone". This means that it is not complete. In this case, all memory is missing. The following are the manufacturer's specifications:
