I don't quite understand the indication on the LCD display. Why do these lines go up and down within a short time? It can hardly be the display of the battery.

The lines are the battery indicator. When you drive the scooter, the battery indicator decreases because you are draining the battery by driving. However, this scooter has built-in recuperation when you brake, which means that you recharge the battery by braking, which is why the battery indicator goes up again when you brake more.
