I don't know what the problem is, maybe someone can help me... But I can't use the two USB inputs on the case at the same time because then one of the two doesn't work (I get an error message when I switch on the PC and one of the two is then not recognised). I put my Bluetooth USB for the mouse in there so that the mouse has better reception. When I tried to connect my headphones via USB, they didn't work. It works as soon as I put the USB plug of the mouse back on the back of the case. Does anyone know what the problem could be?
I agree with dralix. Check again and check all the wiring. If everything is wired correctly, it may be the tower, possibly a faulty production.
I'm not a professional, but if you've wired everything correctly, it's probably the mainboard and not the USB.
Maybe your mainboard only has 1 additional USB port or you have both plugged into one?
I would check this, otherwise I don't know why, sorry.
