Question about Icy Box Monitor stand IcyBox 1 monitor up to 32" (81 cm)+ table top external retail

I decided against ordering from Amazon and especially their Amazon Basic products and found what I was looking for here. The Icy Box IB-MS 313 is used for an Alienware AW2521HF, which is installed using the Vesa 100x100. It is important to check the weight of the monitor before choosing and buying the arm to ensure suitability. However, it should be noted that the weight of the monitors is usually given including the mounting stand. The net weight for the monitor alone is much lower, especially with the Alienware, because the stand is a really massive club foot. Installation on the edge of the table via Allen key is very quick, which also makes the Icy Box instructions almost obsolete. Another good thing is that you can quickly loosen the bracket again if you don't find the right position for the arm straight away. However, the arm including the monitor must first be loosened/removed before the base can be loosened and moved via an Allen key. The adjustment possibilities are great! Whether height, horizontal or vertical tilt, everything can be adjusted. Also how rigid or light the adjustment should be can be set either via spring or Allen screw. The workmanship is very solid. Only the cable guides are made of plastic, as is the cover of the cable tunnel, but this is of no consequence. The only negative thing that bothers me is the relatively loose Vesa mount that sits behind the monitor and leads to the arm's snap-in groove. This is not locked in horizontally or cannot be tightened with a screw. The result is that the monitor tilts slightly to the left or right in the horizontal position after you have swivelled the arm. So you always have to check the horizontal position again to make sure that the monitor is not at an angle. Furthermore, what I would have wished for would be different, interchangeable cable guide sizes, since the Alienware monitor has a lot of connections on the back, consequently a lot of cables. The maximum of the small cable guides with three cables can be reached quickly. Despite the holidays, shipping was very fast. My arm had a scratch - I was able to send the pictures to Galaxus Service via chat and they refunded me part of the price. Simply top!
