Question about be quiet! Dark Rock Pro 5

I currently have the AMD Wraith Stealth Cooler, which is very loud and gets relatively hot and am considering switching to another product. I have the AMD Ryzen 7 5800X - 8x 4.7 GHz. Which cooler would be suitable for gaming?

Runs on my 7800XD3. I hardly notice it.

You can't go wrong with the dark rock pro 5 and are on the safe side. Depending on the mainboard, you can synchronise the two fans or control them individually. The first fan may cover a RAM memory, but this is not a problem as the fan is adjustable in height. Everything you need is included, even a screwdriver. The only thing you have to consider is the installation height, as the cooler is relatively large, but practically inaudible, a super cooler and highly recommended in any case.

When it's not running at max, nothing can be heard. I have it running on a Ryzen 9 7900X in a be quiet case.

It is best to check the compatibility of the CPU fan and motherboard on the Be Quiet website. Otherwise the dimensions of the metal brace and the holes on the motherboard may not match.

Double check that your case provides enough space to fit this cooler physically - it's pretty tall and overall massive. Wouldn't fit into Corsair 175R. Other than that, hardly ever notice it on 7800X3D. My old integrated water cooler Corsair H60 Hydro was far more annoying and noisy (granted it's ancient and cheap).

I think you will notice an improvement in terms of heat with any reputable manufacturer whose recommendation is suitable for your processor. But be careful with the height of the cooler. I had to play tricks to get it into my old case. It's really huge and not a lightweight. If noise is your main concern, you should consider a water cooling system, although this will probably require more maintenance or perhaps even a complete replacement after a few years.

You can't go wrong with this cooler, no comparison with the Stealth.
Super quiet, easy to install and cools the 5800x very well.
