I can't switch on the keyboard, I've pressed the "Bluetooth" button as indicated in the instructions but the light won't come on.
The batteries are charged. Has this already happened to anyone?

Have ordered this keyboard for the third time and I have exactly the same problem, cannot switch on...

The button must be held down until the light starts flashing. The pairing process can then be started.

Have you connected a Bluetooth pen like this, if so both do not work at the same time
