I can't get to grips with the keyboard. For example, I can only write the at sign with the key combination alt + 64. It doesn't work with alt gr + Q. I also can't write é. In general, I cannot write the various characters in the top row (number row). Do I need to set up my keyboard differently or what is the problem? Thank you for your support.

According to my research and the manufacturer's specifications, the physically printed keyboard is a German-German keyboard. If you want to type what is printed on the keys, you would have to select "German - Deutschland" in the Windows keyboard settings. However, if you select "German - Switzerland" in the Windows keyboard settings, you can type as you would on a Swiss keyboard and the virtual key commands are the ones we are used to.
