I cant Conn the wifi, it's finding the wifi signal but when I press connect It showed failed connection

Also try to find another wifi signal and connect to it. If that fails then the device is probably broken!

after pressing the connect button, you should actually be asked to enter the password for the wifi network? maybe try a different wifi temporarily to connect?
