The PEN does not support all x360 models. On this website: https://store.hp.com/SwitzerlandStore/Merch/Product.aspx?id=1MR94AA&opt=UUF&sel=ACC&lang=de-CH

under the menu item "Suitable products" you can check whether your device is compatible at all. You must also have Windows 10 installed, as the PEN is accessed via Windows 10 functionality.
