I can too: 1. automatically transfer other media via USB 3 with an adapter? CFAST, XQD, etc.? 2. backup the disk via hotspot to server, Dropbox, etc.?

Helpful answer

1. yes this is possible. I back up my CF card with a CF reader this way and have never had a problem. The smartphone would also work via USB, but it takes a while...

2. the disc makes a hotspot. It can't connect to a WLAN network, so there's no way to back up the data. I do this directly via the USB port of my Synology NAS or via the PC on Dropbox and Co.
