Question about Meta Quest 3 / 3S Elite Strap with battery

I can now charge the product to 100% using the additional charging station, but the charging process is extremely long. I placed the Quest together with the strap on the station with the Quest 100% strap at 10%. After 7 hours! the strap is only at 51 %, which is unacceptable.
