Question about Google Nest Hub Max

I can't set up the Nest Cam either. I must have tried a hard reset 10 times without success. Audi & Video call settings cannot be opened either. Does anyone have the same problem and a solution?

No, mine works fine. I'd advise you to check the exact version of your device and look on Internet.... for the factory reset.
