I came across this product because I am looking for a notebook on which CAD can be used. However, many notebooks, including the Surface, display very small icons when using CAD. The power of the notebook allows me to use CAD beautifully, but the control panel makes it unusable. Do all notebooks have this problem?

Have you adjusted the scaling in the Windows settings? For example, from 100% to 125%? Settings->System->Scaling
