I bought this watch more than a week ago and when I scan my QR code on the TCL Connect application or enter my IMEI number, "invalid code" appears every time and this since the first use, what should I do? I have tried to contact TLC Connect customer service but they are not responding.
So my problem is solved I had to put an activated SIM card in the watch then I was able to open the QR code found in the watch ( in the PLUS tab) I scanned the code and it worked
Hello, same problem as you at the beginning.
To make it work I installed the QR & Barcode scanner app and TCL connect. (Mobile android)
From the watch you can get the IMEI and QR code info. I scanned the QR code displayed on the watch and it worked. Good luck :)

My problem with the application is that I can't connect from my oppo reno 8 pro phone. Error message "connection timed out, try again later". I've already uninstalled the application, turned my phone back on and deleted my stamp. Can anyone help me?
