Question about Epson Eh-Tw6700w

I bought this unit some time ago. But I have the following problem: I cannot change the menu language from English to German. Does anyone know this problem too ?

Unfortunately, we are not aware of this. At best, a new setting via the manual could help. Alternatively, the manufacturer's support could also help:
