I bought this robot hoover 6 months ago.  Every other time, it doesn't clean with the mops. But there's water. When I run it again to clean an area, it's the same thing: every other time it cleans, otherwise it goes by without doing anything. So what can you do?

I don't quite understand the problem, probably because of the gear ratio. Because the L10s can't put down its mops. And the fact that it drives past somewhere has nothing to do with the mops.
Basically, however, resetting the map helps with many navigation problems
