I bought this product two years ago from you with a 5 year warranty. I am now looking to replace the "3-7 mm shoe" accessory which has a broken tooth. I can't find anywhere to order spare parts, neither on your website nor on the official Philips website. How do I proceed?

We no longer sell this product, so I doubt we can sell spare parts separately. However, if Philips can't get you the part you need, there is one last solution. You can write us an e-mail summarising the situation and giving us the part number (with a picture) of the part you are looking for and we can then make a request to our supplier.
