Question about Arctic Z3 Pro with USB 3.0 hub

I bought this monitor holder about a year ago. Now I can no longer loosen one of the screws on the bracket, which is why I intend to buy this bracket again. My problem was that three 28 inch monitors are not the same height, even with the spacer rings. Is this only the case with me or what is the situation with you?

I have the same problems. I can no longer loosen one screw and my 3 27" are at different heights. I would not buy this item again. Cheers
