I bought this memory for an ASUS ROG Strix Z690-E Gaming Wifi motherboard. However, the motherboard shows me an error 55 (memory not installed). Are they compatible with the motherboard in question?

Did you insert the memories into the second and fourth ddr5 slots correctly? They should be 100% compatible, because if they are not, you cannot insert them. If it doesn't work in the second and fourth ddr5 slots there might be a defect in the memory probably.
