I bought this disk in 2tb and it performs really bad. Read write speeds are half as advertised. Did I get a faulty unit or Adata and Digitec are mirespresenting the performance. All tests I watched before I bought it showed around 3000 mb/s read write speeds. I get maximum 2000 reads and 1500 writes.

Mine didn't work out of the factory. I had to replace it with a new one.
Many users had this problem as you can see here: https://forums.tomshardware.com/threads...
I think in the end you'll have to swap it too. Some of the people on that forum were lucky enough to get a replacement.

I just performed the test as well. I have two of these (Adata SSD Adata Flash SX8200 Pro, 2TB, M.2.2280) in my system which I also bought from Digitec.

One is my OS drive (Windows 10), the second is a data drive.

CrystalDiskMark v6.0.2 x64
5x passes, 1GiB.

OS drive (22% used capacity): Seq Q32T1 Read = 2584.0, Write = 2436
Data drive (30% used capacity): Seq Q32T1 Read = 3455, Write = 2634

Hope this helps.

Good luck.
