I bought this chair the other day. Now a welding spot on the right side is broken. Since the chair is over 30kg, it costs quite a lot to send it by post. Talking to Digitec support I was told that shops only accept up to 30kg and the M-Pickup places only up to 20kg. The only option is to use Digitec's pick-up offer (CHF 60) or to send the chair directly to the post office for the same price. Personally, I find it an impertinence that the customer has to pay almost 13% of the purchase price in the event of a warranty claim. Isn't there another solution that doesn't cost 60 francs?
