Question about Corsair iCUE 4000X

I bought this case and built my first gaming PC with it. Everything works great except something: The case comes with 3 RGB fans. I then bought an additional one (SP120 Pro). I read that you can only control the same fan models via Corsair's ICUE software. In the Digitec questions, I read that the pre-installed fans are also SP120 Pro. But now something strange has happened: I connected all the fans in the correct order to the RGB hub and mounted them correctly on the mainboard. When I started the PC for the first time, only the 3 pre-installed fans lit up. However, all of them were spinning. 15 minutes later, however, one of the pre-installed fans stopped glowing. I checked everything again and found no fault with the installation. Nothing can be done via the ICUE software either. Now, instead of 4 fans, only 2 light up (at the beginning there were 3). Have I overlooked something? Many thanks in advance and kind regards Duloop

Helpful answer

I also had this problem after reassembly. I uninstalled ICUE once, ran Ccleaner over it and then reinstalled it, after which it worked again. Give it a try.
SP120 Pro is right, I also ordered one for the back.
Hope I could help and have fun with it :)

In short, Ccleaner cleans your PC of data junk. You can also clean up registry errors and uninstall programmes.
You can also set in this programme which programmes should start with Windows or no longer.
It's not a must, but I think it's a great programme to clean up your PC by removing cookis etc... from your PC and also to gain back storage space.
