Question about Garmin Drive 50 LMT Travel Edition

I bought the worldwide version because I am on holiday in Brazil. However, I can't find any maps for South America in the Garmin Express programme, only Europe. Can anyone help me?

I have installed NordAmerika according to these instructions. 1:
1. update to the latest available maps and / or software (if available) by clicking on "Install All".
2. after the update, go to "Map options" under "Middle East and North Africa". 3.
3. go to "Change map
4. click on "Next
5. select the region you want to download from the drop-down menu
6. click on "Next
Please note that the map for the Middle East and North Africa will be overwritten with the new region you selected in step 5. You can download it again at any time by following the same procedure. For example, if you have downloaded the North America map, please go to "Map options" under North America the next time you want to add a map. The Europe map always remains on the device.
