Question about De'Longhi Pinguino PAC EL112 CST
I bought the unit on 17.6.2021 and wanted to use it again (dehumidification), but now (1 month after the warranty period) it is defective and making strange noises. Is there goodwill or a repair service for such rather expensive devices?
warranty out of goodwill, you dream. I had a warranty case during the warranty period that wasn't even taken care of.
You were lucky, mine broke down after 1 year with the same fault. Fortunately, the customer service didn't manage to pick it up, so I had to bring it to Wohlen myself. Now I'm still waiting for the hopefully repaired unit (but who needs an air conditioner in summer).
