Question about Vogels Wall 3305
I bought the TV mount a year ago. Super satisfied. I cut off the cable ties at the bottom of the TV according to the instructions. Well... that was a mistake. How do I remove the TV if I can't reach the cable ties? You have to pull relatively hard I suppose. Anyone have any ideas on how to remove the TV from the bracket?

If the cable ties are cut flush with the TV set, you can certainly still feel the cable tie stubs with your finger. Grasp the stub with a pair of needle-nose pliers, pull it down and pull the bottom edge of the TV forward on the corresponding side. This should disengage the first latch. Repeat the whole procedure on the opposite side.
Additional help from another pair of hands might be useful. It is important that the TV set does not unhinge uncontrollably from the rail at the top.
In my installation, I did not cut the cable ties. I glued a flat towel hook to the back of the TV and stowed the cable tie ends in it.
That way I have access at all times.
