I bought the scooter used & checked here and it arrived yesterday. Then I loaded it according to the operating instructions and wanted to ride it. Unfortunately, the display only ever shows "LO". Fortunately, I found out from an internet forum that "LO" stands for locked. Apparently, the scooter was locked by the previous owner via app and I can't do anything with it at the moment... It's also funny that Digitec then writes "checked". I would like to know how you check the scooter if it is locked and there is no verification code? I have downloaded the SoFlow app and am asked for the verification code after successfully connecting to the scooter via Bluetooth. However, the sticker with the code (as stated in the instructions) on the scooter is no longer there. How do I get the scooter to work?!
Yes, the verification code is located on the side of the scooter next to the charging port. On my scooter, there is even a small plate attached and the code is printed again underneath.

You have helped me, at least indirectly. The code would be stuck to the running board. That's what the SoFlow support team (who replied very quickly, by the way) wrote to me again. So I looked again left, right and under the board. Nothing. Where would I stick the code if I removed it? In the manual. And that's where I finally found it. All in all, I am now satisfied and the part works.
Without a code, the secured device is game over. Even if the battery is discharged, the device remains locked. This is a "feature" as protection against theft. With direct access to the hardware, you can at best reset it, but that would be tinkering. Maybe SoFlow support in Switzerland can help if you bring the device with confirmation of purchase, but they will certainly be careful not to give instructions for home use (for good reason). I would contact Galaxus customer service. Locked without a code is like a defective device.
