I bought the product and am very disappointed that the device does not have a CH-compliant power plug! Does Digitec have any suggestions for solving this problem or do I have to return the device?

It is possible to fit a T12 plug yourself:
Max Hauri plug T12 black open
Or an adapter:
Max Hauri Fixadapter (CH, 3-pole type J, Schuko)
