Question about JBL Bar 9.1

I bought the part but the calibration does not work, I put the 2 detachable speakers next to me on the back of the sofa (right, left). Then I press the HDMI button for 5 seconds. Then the calibration starts. Then I get the message, Retry. It's quiet in the living room. So if anyone has managed it I would be glad to know how?

Have you set up the speakers via the Google Home app? Usually the firmware is not up to date and an update can fix the problem. The calibration worked perfectly for me afterwards. Just make sure that the remote control is with you, the microphone in the remote control is free and only remove the detachable speakers after the SoundBar has started up.
