Question about OPPO Watch

I bought the OPPO Watch 46 mm almost exactly one year ago and I have been absolutely satisfied with the watch so far. For the past week, the watch has been running a few, sometimes up to ten minutes fast, even though it is always paired with the OPPO Reno 4pro 5G. A reset solved the problem for a short time, but now the clock is already five minutes fast again. Does anyone have the same problem? What can be done about it?

Helpful answer

I had the same problem last week, that the clock was suddenly a few minutes ahead. After I disconnected and reconnected the BT connection between the watch and the smartphone, the problem was solved. Since then, everything has been working as it should.

I had the same problem. Unfortunately, even after I disconnected and reconnected to the smartphone, the problem reappeared. I reported a warranty claim and now have to wait several weeks for the device.
