Question about Xiaomi Essential

I bought the Mi Scooter Essential 2 weeks ago. It promises a range of approx. 20 km. In S mode (I never drive in D mode), my scooter noticeably loses power after about 6 km, and after 8 - 10 km nothing works at all. Does anyone have any tips? The scooter has been used 3 times so far and has done a good 20 km all in all. It has now been fully charged for the 3rd time.

Yes, it is like that with the temperatures.
Mine is 1.5 years old and rides about 10km in flat terrain.

Hello Thomas. Unfortunately that's the way it is, I think it's a shame. Depending on the weight, the power of the thing decreases very quickly, let alone the range.
