I bought the laptop with my mother I was gaming and the cpu was at 100% I turned it off and on again but the cpu was still at 100% what should I do?

Which programme is using 100%? The best way to check this is in the task manager via Ctrl+Shift+ESC.

I play Minecraft and Minecraft is a cpu heavy game but the laptop has to be able to handle it, right?
