Question about GoPro Karma Grip

After that it should work. If not, try it on another PC.

Bought Karma Grip, can't control the camera with it (7Black), updates aren't made, Quick programme downloaded via CHIP, WIN10 doesn't recognise the GIMBAL though. All instructions lead to installing the driver manually: ends all in: "the system cannot find the specified file".
Nice crap... all help forums stop here...

I could really just puke... you buy a Go Pro and a gimbal for a shitload of money and then you have to do troubleshooting right at the beginning. I have downloaded and installed the above mentioned drivers, but the problem still exists.
