Question about Google Nest Hub (2 Gen.)

I bought the Google Nest Hub (2nd gen.; art. no. 15754195) at Digitec. Why was it delivered as a Spanish / Italian version? When you change the language during set-up, some of the menus are still labelled in Spanish, which I find very annoying...
