I bought the game and only now have I seen that others have the same problem. The game has been installed and the add-ons have been downloaded. But when I want to play it says: "Online shop not available". The overview also says that a data packet is missing and the installation has been stopped. Who has experienced this problem and who knows how I can fix it before I have to throw the game in the bin?

According to my research, this could solve your problem:
PlayStation start menu -> On the game icon on "Options" -> Manage game content.
You may be able to download the missing data pack this way. If this is not the case, you can also request technical support from our customer service:
