I bought one of these scooters and wanted to bind it to the app. The password stuck on the bottom of the SO3 is wrong. Soflow support doesn't seem to think it's necessary to answer. How do I get a valid password?
That was also the case for me. However, support responded within one day. Support needs a photo of the serial number and a copy of the original invoice.
I had that too. The PW had to be activated first. Customer support is mega bad. But the device is really good. I waited 8 days for an answer...
The code is not on the device but on a white sticker on the paper foil in which the scooter is packed. So look through everything again
