I bought Android Auto wireless separately. The connection was established quickly and without any problems (xiaomi redmi note 9 pro). Unfortunately, kenwood connects and disconnects again immediately. What could be the reason?

Look at the settings of your xiaomi redmi note 9 pro, it can't be the Kenwood.
Try another device, for example Samsung. I'm sure you know someone who has one.
If it doesn't work either, it could be that something is wrong with the Kenwood.
