I bought an EB10, the ECB was defective and has been replaced. The app says I am connected to the e-bike but the app does not open. This process repeats itself no matter how often I tap on my bike. Is it possible that the new control unit does not recognise the motor and the speedometer? I can switch the e-bike on and off manually and with the key. I can also activate the lights and gears at the switch.
