Nuki WiFi bridge
Question about Nuki WiFi bridge
I bought a new router and now I can't connect the bridge to the new router. Nuki support does not respond to my requests. And the website is not helpful. I read that I should put the bridge into maintenance mode, how do I do that? There is no reset button either. Can anyone help me? HELP!!!
hello, try disconnecting the bridge from the power, wait a few seconds, then reconnect to the power with the button pressed and hold the button down for another 10 seconds. i think the bridge should then reset itself...maybe that helps.
i also had problems with it in the beginning and had to contact support by phone, this went smoother than by mail.
