I bought 6 Cooler Master Halo fans and 2 of these splitters. Digitec support told me before I bought them that they would fit. However, the fans have the 4-1 pin (i.e. 3 pin) connection, while the splitters are 4 pin. Now I have connected 3 fans to the splitter (which is possible, simply that one pin of the splitter connectors is not used), and then plugged the splitter into the ARGB 3-pin header on the mainboard. That should work in theory, right? As long as I don't plug the splitter into the 4-pin headset on the mainboard, it should work...?
