I assembled my PC yesterday. But I don't get a signal on the monitor. I also got a new CPU, but now I think the mainboard is defective. Can that be?

I have the same issue on my motherboard. RAM need to be on A2 amd B2 channel, Bios need to be 2024 and don't overclock too much the RAM (try under 3200mhz first). If you got problem in windows don't instal asus software AI suite and don't instal AURA suite, is creating problem on windows 10. Be carfull also on the GPU fan control... Use asus tweak 2 and disable 0db fan, the fan will spin about 25% and the card will work unloaded about 40C degres, not 62C... (I think temp the sensor on the motherboard is no good)

Have you plugged in the CPU power connector? What is happening, does anything light up on the board? The board does not have a 7-segment display for diagnosis? Theoretically, of course, it is possible that the board is defective...
