Question about iRobot Roomba 980
I am very satisfied with the product itself. However, it always has trouble with carpets. The carpet is not too high. The machine climbs it a few times and then reports "Roomba is at a precipice". Is there a way around this? Do you have any experience?

What colour is your carpet?
It is possible to separate individual areas with the virtual walls. However, since the carpet is not that high, I could also imagine a technical problem. Please contact our technical support on +41 62 746 06 74.
