I am trying to connect a Sonos Beam (1st Gen) to this TV via Optical / Toslink using the adapters and cables supplied by Sonos. I have gone through every possible setting. Unsuccessful so far. With the Samsung TV before, this went without a problem. I am glad for any help!

Have you tried connecting the soundbar via an HDMI port? I think that would be the better option anyway.
