Question about Philips 7000 series HR3760/12

Hello. I sent the faulty part by post to Galaxus by opening an online complaint and taking a photo of the faulty part. I received a new part with a new cutting head a few days later (15 days).

I haven't found anything about this on the Digitec/Galaxus site. - I would therefore enter "knife and appliance type" in a search engine. Then some suggestions will come up.
