You can use NP-F550 batteries without any problems. Depending on the capacity, these do not last as long as the original Blackmagic batteries (3500 mAh), but at least they work and are readily available.

However, I need other batteries, can't you order some from a supplier?

Unfortunately, we do not have the charger and batteries for this device.
