I am looking for a watch for swimming in a swimming pool. Would this one be suitable?

Withstands pressure as in 50 metres depth (splashing water, rain or snow, showering, swimming, immersion in water, snorkelling)

As far as I know, this is not possible with the Forerunner 45S.
