I am looking for a projector for TV and home cinema with Full HD! Which projector should I buy? But the projector lamp should not cost as much as the projector! Why do you have to change the lamp after 3000 hours?

I can recommend this projector without reservations. The lamp must be replaced because it wears out during operation (the colours lose intensity, i.e. the image becomes less contrasty). If you use the projector in a slightly darkened room, the brightness in energy-saving mode is perfectly adequate and then the lamp only needs to be replaced after approx. 6000 hours.
