I am looking for a chest strap with which I can evaluate the whole day. In other words, a 24-hour recording that then shows me the pulse and kcal etc. Is that possible with this belt and WITHOUT a smartwatch?

The belt requires a connection to a smartwatch or mobile phone. It does not store any data in the belt itself.
